Welcome to NeutralBridgeWay ("us," "we," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are applicable to your use of our luxury yacht rental services as well as our online platform accessible at neutralbridgeway.site, operated by NeutralBridgeWay.
By reserving a yacht or utilizing our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not agree with any portion of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.
2. Service Overview
NeutralBridgeWay offers an array of elite yacht charter services that include:
- Daytime yacht hire
- Evening boat rides
- Business getaways
- Exclusive gatherings
- Extended charters
Service availability is subject to various factors and conditions. We have the authority to alter or terminate offerings as needed.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For charter booking, you are required to:
- Be a minimum of 18 years old
- Provide precise and complete data
- Make the necessary initial payment as detailed in your booking confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking becomes official only after we have received your payment and issued a written confirmation. Service can be declined at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
All yacht charters depend on boat availability and appropriate weather. We will effort to accommodate your requested dates and times.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All stated charges are in £ and shall include any relevant taxes except as specifically stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change contingency.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Initial deposit: 50% of the total price of the charter required at time of booking
- Remaining payment: To be settled 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
- Potential additional costs (as applicable): Payable following the end of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
Financial transactions can be processed through major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and endorsed checks. All payments are processed safely with encryption.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- With more than 72 hours before departure: Refund minus transaction fees
- Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund offered
5.2 Weather Cancellations
If our captain judges weather conditions to be unsafe, options include:
- Reschedule the charter without any additional charge if an alternative date is available
- Full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should your designated vessel encounter mechanical issues, we will endeavor to offer an adequate substitute. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests must:
- Follow instructions from the crew
- Utilize safety gear as directed
- Inform of any medical conditions influencing their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the yacht
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are banned on board:
- Glassware
- Illegal items
- Weapons or firearms
- Excessive non-alcoholic beverages
- Pets (with the exception of pre-approval)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers should behave appropriately. We retain the right to curtail a charter prematurely with no refund if behavior jeopardizes safety or interferes with the experience for other passengers.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We are accountable only to the extent of the amount spent on your charter and are not liable for:
- Injury to passengers caused by their own negligence
- Loss or damage to private property
- Unpredictable, incidental, or harsh damages
- Postponements stemming from adverse weather or uncontrollable circumstances
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our vessels and operations are covered by all-encompassing marine insurance. Passengers are responsible for their own travel and personal insurance coverage.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services indicates that you recognize the inherent risks present in nautical activities and you take on responsibility for your own security and safety.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We possess the authority to adjust itineraries, pathways, or schedules in consideration of weather, safety, or operational demands. We will strive to provide comparable alternatives when feasible.
9. Force Majeure
Our obligations are waived for disruptions, cancellations, or amendments brought about by forces beyond our authority, such as:
- Extreme weather instances
- Natural catastrophes
- Governmental actions
- Port closures
- Equipment breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We manage your personal data in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. You approve the collation and utilization of your data in alignment with our Privacy Policy by using our service.
11. Intellectual Property
